David Cashius Rhone, 23, of Dubuque, was arrested by U.S. Marshals at his place of employment in Dubuque on Wednesday, according to the Dubuque Telegraph Herald.
Rhone appears as the lead singer in a YouTube video (embedded below), “displaying what appear to be weapons, narcotics and currency. Rhone’s arrest relates to violating his term of supervised release.”
